Children's programs

The Payson Public Library is concerned for the safety and well-being of children. We urge parents to remember that the Library is a public building, and it is not in the child's best interest to be left unattended. For the safety all children visiting the Library -- the Library Staff have implemented the following policy:  Children under the age of nine must not be left unaccompanied at the library, when children are in a library program parents or guardians must remain within the building.  We highly recommend that parents & guardians familiarize themselves library policies -- to review this information, please visit our "Policies & Procedures" page.

Reading Is Fun Reading is FUNdamental... and our goal at the Payson Public Library is to offer community children a variety of reading programs and activities that are educational, interactive and fun!

In addition to our weekly children's programming, we schedule many other activities throughout the year designed especially for children. Visit our website often for upcoming events and activities.

These programs are free and all children are welcome. The Library's programs and services are intended to be accessible to people with disabilities, so please let us know if you require assistance.
