Tim Wright
Was appointed Town Attorney in July of 2010 after serving as the Deputy Town Attorney/Prosecutor since December 2002. Prior to coming to the Town of Payson, he served as a Deputy Gila County Attorney and as the Sr. Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Peoria. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (Magna Cum Laude) and a Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) from Arizona State. He has been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 1995.
Kyle Mann Joined the Town Attorney’s Office team as prosecutor in September of 2011. He is a native Arizonan who spent the previous 3 years as a prosecutor for the Gila County Attorney. He has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Arizona State and graduated from California Western School of Law.
Diane Stoyer
Has worked as a legal assistant for the Town Attorney’s Office for over 16 years. In February of 2011, Mrs. Stoyer semi-retired and now works part-time. In July 2000, her position was reclassified to add the Office Manager designation in recognition of her management and supervisory responsibilities. Prior to coming to work for the Town, she was employed by Gila County in Planning and Zoning for 3 1/2 years. She also has 3 years experience as a legal assistant in a respected private law firm where she concentrated in the area of real estate law. In May 2000, she earned an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Toni Balestrere
Has been with the Town Attorney’s Office for 4 years. She has primary responsibility for the administrative aspects of all criminal cases, assists the prosecutor during Pre-Trial Conferences, and is the first contact for most citizens communicating with the Town Attorney’s Office. |
