The courteous and friendly staff in the Customer Service
Division are responsible for maintaining and billing approximately 8,000
water service accounts each month, responding
to requests to establish or terminate service, answering customer inquiries about
accounts, and providing a variety of general information about Water
Department services.
Call us at 474-5242 x4 to establish, change or terminate water
service. Security deposits are required for both renter and owner before an account can be established. The deposit can be paid at our office. We require a 24 hour advance notice to establish or terminate service.
