Western Heritage & Film Festival

  • Introduction: 2nd Annual Western Heritage & Film Festival - Produced by Rim Country Artists & Rim Country Chamber of Commerce
This event revives old traditions, conserving our Western heritage through art and public gatherings, and enhancing the World's Oldest Continuous Rodeo! Running from Thursday, August 7th through Sunday, August 10th, the event features daily gatherings and showings of Western films at the Sawmill Theater. Sunday Aug 10 events: 12 - 4 pm Sunday Doin's at the Rim Country Museum Fun for the entire family for FREE! It includes pony rides, cultural exhibits, vendors, mining (and panning for gold), relay races, dummy roping, museum tours, games and food. Sunday's Movie: 4 pm - Silverado - 1985. Tickets: At the Sawmill Theater Box Office: $8 per film Through the Chamber: $50 ticket for all 8 films. $100 Ticket for the Friday Festival Luncheon, Discussion and film (Tombstone)
