The Town of Payson is proud to recognize Nicole Adams as our October Employee of the Month! Nicole’s exceptional dedication, leadership, and willingness to take on critical responsibilities beyond her role as Zoning Administrator have had a lasting and positive impact on the Town’s operations.

Nicole consistently goes above and beyond managing her zoning duties while leading multiple high-priority projects that improve efficiency and service delivery across departments. She currently oversees seven active subdivisions in various stages of plat and civil improvement review, coordinating applicants, reviewers, and processes with precision and professionalism.

In addition, Nicole plays a key role in invoice management, departmental communication, and conflict resolution, often serving as the go-to problem solver when challenges arise. Her leadership in Cityworks and Bluebeam is especially exceptional! She serves as the project lead and sole administrator ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth digital workflows that benefit the entire organization.

Nicole’s blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit exemplify the best of public service. Her initiative and dependability make her an invaluable asset to the Town of Payson.
