The Town of Payson is proud to recognize Patty McGee as our first Employee of the Month under the new recognition program. Patty started with the Town in 2019 as a Utility Service Representative and has worked her way up to her current role as Utility Billing & Service Crew Lead for the Water Department.

Patty has gone above and beyond in her role with the Water Department, taking on the challenge of our massive grant-funded infrastructure project. For more than a year, she has been successfully managing the workload of two positions, an extraordinary effort that has kept the project on track and moving forward.

Despite the size and complexity of the project, Patty’s dedication, perseverance, and teamwork have made what seemed impossible achievable. Her leadership and commitment ensure that every water consumer in Payson will benefit from the improvements being delivered. Patty’s colleagues describe her as a driving force who exemplifies the spirit of “Character is power, and Patty has the power to accomplish anything!” We are proud to honor Patty for her outstanding contributions to the Town and to our community.
