The Town of Payson utilizes OpenGov, a web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system, to provide convenient access to current procurement opportunities.
Through the e-Procurement Portal, vendors and interested parties can:
Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities by selecting “Subscribe” to create an account
Follow updates to existing solicitations, including automatic notifications of addenda and amendments
Submit questions and receive responses for open solicitations
Complete and submit electronic bids and proposals with guided steps to help ensure accuracy
Access a centralized location for all Town-issued bid opportunities
