The Town of Payson is responsible for issuing business licenses for all business activities within the Town limits. All persons doing business in the Town of Payson are required to have a Town issued Business License, unless they are exempt by the Payson Town Code (see link below):

Temporary Business Licenses

Temporary & Event Vendor Business Licenses apply to short-term or event-based business activity within the Town of Payson, including:

• Vendors participating in special events, festivals, or fairs
• Farmers Market vendors
• Contractors performing one-time or short-duration work
• Businesses operating in Payson for a limited number of days

Temporary licenses are valid only for the approved dates or duration of activity (Limited to 14 days)

Businesses whose Payson Farmers Market Vendor Applications have been accepted should apply for this license.
