Airport Gate and Vehicle Access Card Application

To receive an airport gate access card, you must meet a qualifying reason for vehicle access and complete the Airport Driver Training Course, available online by clicking here.

Qualifying Reasons:
  • I lease an aircraft tie down on the Airport
  • I lease an aircraft hangar on the Airport
  • I lease a vehicle parking spot on the Airport
  • I am a certified aircraft mechanic or active flight instructor working at the Airport
  • Other, please explain: (this will include Civil Air Patrol pilots, flight club pilots, student pilots, Emergency Services, PD, Fire, Town Staff, etc.)

Vehicle access to airport ramp areas is controlled by gate cards.
 
With a deposit of $20, each applicant will receive one card.

Gate access card holders will return their card within 30 days of terminating their qualifying reason for having a card and their deposit will be refunded. After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited

Town departments and emergency services requiring multiple cards will be accommodated. Please complete one application and indicate the number of cards needed. Each card holder will still be required to complete the online Airport Driver Training Course.
