The Records Division is the central repository for the Payson Police Department, responsible for the preservation and dissemination of official police reports and related records. Requests for other public information within the Police Department are also processed through the Records Department.

Once a public records request is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
While the Records Division strives to fulfill records requests as soon as possible, some requests may take longer than others to process based on complexity, size, and nature of the records sought. Each request is processed in the order in which it is received.
