1. Meeting Locations: Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers of Town Hall, 303 N Beeline Highway, Payson AZ 85541.

2. Meeting Schedule: *Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings are held at 3:00 p.m. on the 1st Monday of each month. (*meeting schedule subject to change).

3. Agenda Posting: The agenda for any Planning & Zoning Commission meeting will be available at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting posted at the locations below:

• Payson Community Development Building, 303 N Beeline Highway, Suite C, Payson AZ, 85541.
